Although we have a rich experience how to deliver IT projects to large enterprises, we are still convinced it can be done a better way. That is why we have started from scratch a fresh new IT company, where we carefully choose the right colleagues to our team and set the expectations reasonably so we can benefit from both inspiring and successful projects and happy clients.

Our vision and our culture are built around a team of excellent specialists which are able to work and have fun together inside and outside the office.

At the same time we strive to push the limits of digital technology adoption on field of virtual assistants.  We are developing our original framework which can help our customers to easily deploy intelligent voice assistants for various areas. Kind of fun, lots of experiments and dead end explorations, hard wok but mostly great fun and results of joy.

Hiring process

<p> We continuously advertise our vacancies on jobs.cz, startupjobs and our partners' websites. However, you can also use our contact form at any time, where we can also choose to reach out to you if we are looking for a specialisation matching your profile. </p> <p> If you show an interest in working with us, and if your profile matches our requirements in general, we initiate first contact. It's usually a phone call, or a short (10-20 minutes) video call with someone from our HR. The purpose of this contact is to verify the basic information needed to establish cooperation, such as </p> <ul> <li>Possible start date</li> <li>Parttime/Fulltime availability</li> <li>Onsite/remote availability</li> <li>Special requirements or restrictions from your side - types of projects, forms of management, mobility, etc.</li> <li>Communication skills and language proficiency</li> <li>But especially the so-called cultural fit, and how you potentially fit in with other colleagues, whether we share basic values and have the same opinion about what kind of work and how we want to do it</li> </ul> <p> This is followed by a technical interview of approximately one hour, where we present our project portfolio in detail and ask questions about your experience and, most importantly, the motivation for change, and what you think interesting work should look like. We can also ask you to solve various logical tasks, or browse your code from a github... </p> <p> Within a week of the interview, you will receive a reply which, in the event of a positive result, is a offer containing a description of the project we are offering and the working conditions, including remuneration. </p> <p> If you agree to work with us, we sign a simple contract that fits in one A4 and we start working together… ? </p>
